August 7, 2014Municipal Reporter I– The Record has two openings for a full-time Reporter I covering municipalities in northern New Jersey. We’re looking for a self-starter who can break news as well as cover breaking news, propose and execute features ideas, spot regional trends and move quickly and surely to contribute developing stories to the Web. The ability to write clean, clear and accurate copy is critical. He or she must have transportation availability to cover assignments and be accessible for assignments during and outside regular office hours.
