Herbert Lowe is in his fourth year as the journalism professional in residence in the Diederich College of Communication at his alma mater, Marquette University, in Milwaukee. He teaches students best practices to present reports and stories across multiple platforms – including print, broadcast, online, mobile, social media, etc. He also enjoys giving presentations aimed at helping journalism students create “hire me” digital portfolios and to otherwise create and expand their online brand as they seek jobs.
