Request for Proposal City officials are invited to apply for a new, 16-month technical assistance initiative focused on improving education, work and family outcomes for black men and boys. Sponsored by NLC's Institute for Youth, Education and Families with support from the Open Society Foundations' Campaign for Black Male Achievement, the initiative will engage up to six competitively selected cities.
