Deputy Long Island Editor

January 17, 2013There is an opening for a deputy Long Island editor who will direct a group of criminal justice reporters to produce breaking news and enterprise stories from their beats, and edit stories for print and the web. The successful candidate must be a strong line editor and will have outstanding news judgment and story development skills. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to work across platforms and a sense of urgency in breaking news online and in print.
