Film Screening “Finding Samuel Lowe: From Harlem to China” will screen at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 6, at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. The film was co-created by Paula Madison, a retired NBCUniversal executive and co-chair of the Maynard Institute board of directors. Madison will be at the screening to discuss the film and her search for her Chinese roots. The cultural center is located at 388 9th St., Suite 290, in Oakland. To reserve a seat call 510-763-0370.
