“Finding Samuel Lowe: From Harlem to China” will screen at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 6, at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. The film was co-created by Paula Madison, a retired NBCUniversal executive and co-chair of the Maynard Institute board of directors.
